THE SCHOOL OF LIFE
R
Remind is a personal development guide to help us change the way we think. We will think differently, see differently and feel differently. We will reevaluate what it means to think for ourselves and control our thoughts. We will rewire our minds, refocus our energy and reclaim our power by reminding ourselves daily that “vision is a choice. Change what you want to see, and what you see will change” says A Course in Miracles. Remind is for everybody but not against anyone. Inner peace is our only goal. Absence of peace means we have work to do.
Why
Challenges, obstacles and problems appear to be at an all time high. 70% of Americans take prescription medication for stress or stress related symptoms. The numbers for those who self medicate are immeasurable. Our goal is to be happier, healthier, more peaceful and productive.
How?
We need constant reminders in moments of dis-ease or discomfort to help us not only get through the day, but thrive.
We are going to think about what we think about and why and in the process we are going to “change the way we look at the world, and watch the world we look at change.” One uncomfortable moment at a time...

Release
We’re not crazy… Our strongest thoughts and beliefs have been engraved in our minds by our families, communities and society as a whole. And many of these thoughts and beliefs are, quite frankly, outrageous, outdated and just plain ole ridiculous! It’s time to erase our pre-programmed, conditioned minds and reclaim our sanity.
